📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled
- You received the wrong item
- The package is tampered or opened at the time of delivery
👉 You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
📸 Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Order ID and details
🔄 Replacement / Refund
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor variations in size, color, or taste (natural products)
